What’s included
- Up to fifteen pages, structured around how your customers actually move through your business, plus your Privacy Policy, Terms and Return Policy at no extra charge
- An online store, if you sell products (catalogue, cart, checkout and order emails)
- Appointment or class booking, either built in or connected to the system you already use
- Connections to the tools you already run (CRM, inventory, email marketing, accounting or scheduling)
- A members-only or password-protected area, if part of your site is not for everyone
- Custom design that looks right on phones, tablets and desktops
- Hosting, an SSL certificate, software updates, security monitoring and regular backups
- Priority support and ten content edit requests a month, answered within one business day
Your monthly content edits
Ten edit requests per month, handled as a priority. An edit request is one email that can include several small changes: new products, updated pricing, a photo swap, rewriting a paragraph. We complete them within one business day.
Didn’t use them? Unused requests roll over, up to a maximum balance of 30. To keep turnaround fast, up to 15 can be used in any single month. Rollover balances don’t convert to cash or credit.

- Extra content edits beyond your monthly allowance
Any of these can be added to your package as a paid add-on. Just ask, and we’ll quote it before you commit to anything.
Is this package right for you?
Premium suits a business whose website has to do a job rather than sit there looking presentable: taking orders, filling the calendar, talking to the software you already run. It is the right choice if a day of the site being down would actually cost you money. If you mainly need to be found and contacted, Standard will do that well for a good deal less, and we’d rather tell you that now than halfway through the build.
Anything outside the list above, we will scope and quote before a single hour of work starts. No surprises on either side.
