This Privacy Policy explains how Royalty Star Inc., doing business as Starbeam Hosting ("Starbeam Hosting," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit starbeamhosting.com or purchase our website design, hosting, and maintenance services. Contact Form and Quote Requests
When you submit our Contact Us form to request a quote, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, the package you are interested in, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote, and we do not sell this information to third parties.
If you create a membership account with us to sign a Service Agreement and set up billing, we collect the account information you provide (such as your name, email address, and business details) to administer your account and membership level.
Media and Embedded Maps
Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map to help you find our office. Google may collect data when you interact with this embedded map, subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and Consent

Who We Share Your Data With
We share information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including: Stripe, our payment processor, which handles all credit card and billing information directly (we do not store your full card number on our servers); our hosting provider (Bluehost); our email delivery service, used to send account and quote-related emails; and Google, for the embedded map noted above. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you submit a contact form inquiry, we keep that submission on file for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our business records.
For members who register an account with us, we store the personal information provided in your account profile for as long as your account and Service Agreement are active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for our business, accounting, and legal records.
Your Privacy Rights
If you have a membership account with us, you can request to see, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs (for example, we cannot delete records needed to complete a signed Service Agreement or required for tax and accounting purposes). If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make a request, please contact us using the information below.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Contact form and account information may be checked through automated spam and security detection services. Payment information you provide is sent directly to Stripe for processing.
